KPIX/CBS-5 Interviews Prof. Myrna Santiago About Drug Cartel Connections To Moraga Pot Farm
KPIX/CBS-5 interviewed Saint Mary's history professor Myrna Santiago about possible Mexican drug cartel connections to a suspected illegal marijuana farm in the hills of Moraga. Santiago, who teaches a course on the drug trade in Mexico, was interviewed about the issue after gunmen, who may have been guarding an illegal pot grow near the Upper San Leandro Reservoir, fired on an East Bay Regional Park District Ranger who was patrolling the remote area.
