Mitch Allan, The Cat's Meow

The 80s were a great time consisting of big parties, big hair, and big time motion pictures. But more importantly the 80s had big bands. My goal is to pay respect to the bands of the 80s who are either forgotten about, not taken seriously, or simply never heard of. Focusing on mainly hard driving guitar riffs and solos, the 80s rock played on my show is sure to make you pick up your air guitar and jam. So come check out the "Cat's Meow" Fridays at 4:30 for a radical blend of forgotten licks, buried tracks, and a breath of fresh air along with DJ Paul's unique musical tastes. Excellent!

Holden Altaffer, The Lookout

Caitlin Arndt, The Shmah Shmah Show

Julia Ayeni, Hipster Jams

I host Hipster Jams 101 every Monday from 4-5pm. If you've got a liking for alternative rock from your parents' generation to ours, and music only passive aggressive hipsters would listen to in Starbucks, this is the show for you. We've got underground techno, folk, classic rock, and nun chuck skills, so be sure to bring your ham radio set and tune in.

Ashton Coelho, It's 5' O'Clock Somewhere

Ryan Cowell, RedBull Radio

Lily Coyle, The Real Deal

My show is all about real and good music, none of this Ke$ha nonsense. I dont stick to any particular genere because I think every style of mysic has something good to contribute. I usually play the new songs and artists I've listened to throughout the week but I also love taking a trip back in time and jamming to some classic Zeppelin and Hendrix. Also if you're a live music fan, tune into my show for upcoming concert dates and reviews!

Tommy Diecidue, The Happy Hour

Tune in Wednesdays at 5 for Happy Hour with JJ and Tommy D. We will bring you up to the date sports news primarily focussing on basketball, football, and baseball. If you don't like you hear, give us a call! We would love to hear your thoughts. We play songs anywhere from the 90's to todays top music. We also talk about current events, whats happening around SMC, and big news. We love sports.

Brandon Duran, The BS Show

The B.S. Show isn’t entirely what you think, it’s Brandon’s Sports Show. It’s me talking all things sport with a lot of b.s. mixed in, which makes for one hell of an entertaining hour of sports talk radio. I cover all major sports, just like the evil four letter (ESPN), but my show is even better! I’m extremely biased, and I speak my mind. What more could you want?! Listen to my show on KSMC 89.5 from 2:30-3:30 pm every Monday.

Jake Fulton, Diachronic Exploration of Your Face

Jake is a senior at Saint Mary's and has been a part of the station since it's rebirth. He likes to play a wide variety of music with a focus on bringing new music to his listeners. His most notable preferences include Ratatat, Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Miike Snow, Passion Pit and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Lulu Gonzalez, Hopeless Cases

Join us, DJ Knasty Kat and DJ Luballs, as we explore female voices through all decades and genres. Get in touch with your feminine side as we guide you through a musical hour featuring artists and bands such as Feist, Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin, Cat Power, Emiliana Torrini, and many more.

Dolan Kay, The DK Lounge

On my show, I focus on the music, playing songs throughout the hour, and giving background as
I know as I go along. I prefer to play all different genres, but I focus heavily on the Blues. I like to bring
the listener back to the Blues, the genre that serves as the root for most American music, the music that
touches the soul like no other genre.

Ryan Partland, This SMC Life

Ryan Partlan and Thomas Vo are your hosts for "This SMC Life."  Part music, part ranting, part creative outlet for two graduating Seniors. The music is anything that is particularly interesting to us at the time, Ryan tends towards "feel good" music (Art Official, Santana, Call me Kerosene) while Thomas tries to find "honest" music (Paul Gilbert, Joanna Newsom, Blu and Exile). We rant mostly about our first world problems as graduating seniors (Ryan is a Finance Major looking for a job, Thomas is an Economics major trying to get into a PhD program). Finally "This SMC Life" serves as a stage for Thomas' and Ryan's musical endeavors as guitarists and singer songwriters, performing live music over the radio for ya'll. Never boring, sometimes informative, and often confusing...Join us for "This SMC Life."

Jean-Pierre Lampi, Circle Universe

Olivia Petti, The Kids are Alright

Olivia Petti hosts The Kids Are Alright, an eclectic mix of classic rock (hold the acid) and indie (hold the hipsters). Tune  in to hear a wide range of bands from The Who, Led Zeppelin, and The Beatles to more modern groups like The Black Keys, MGMT, and The Strokes. The Kids Are Alright airs every Monday at 5 o’clock.

Elisa Sahagun, Hipster Jams

Stephanie Schwarzmiller, Good Vibracions!

James Scolamieri, Jesus Sunburn

Only in metaphor can one describe the The Jesus Sunburn experience. Like the sweet nectar of the sapling pussy willow tree. Like a hot sweet and sour soup on a brisk winter morning. Classic impersonations of your favorite Hollywood celebrities drinking coffee! Rude boys and skippas, come one come all. Burnin' trees and breakin' knees/fighting crime one at a time. Get some purple all over your face, and if you're hungry, then EAT!!!

For a unique experience, tune in to The Jesus Sunburn, Monday nights at 7:00.
