About the Leadership Center

The Leadership Center was launched in Spring 2008. The Center has successfully completed several leadership development activities to people both within Saint Mary's College and to the community outside the College.

Past events:

* April 2008-a 3-class community course titled: Everyday Leadership for Women
* June 2008-a 1-day workshop titled: Global Leadership
* August 2008-a 1-day workshop: Navigating Difficult Conversations using Appreciative Inquiry
* August 2008-a Team Leadership Values workshop for a local sustainable farm and food company

In addition to public workshops and courses, the Leadership Center offers consultancy, coaching, and customized professional development programs for both profit and non-profit organizations in Leadership development.
