Next, find the article by searching for the journal title. Search by title in Periodicals for "Journal of Educational Psychology" and click "submit." Note that you can search by abbreviation and ISSN number as well.

A new window pops up and provides you with information on this journal. It will look something like this:
Pay close attention to the dates. As you can see, SMC has both print and electronic holdings. Print versions are located on the 3rd floor of the library. You can click on the link to connect to the database to find your article electronically. If you click on the Saint Mary's College Library Holdings link, you'll see something like this:

Dissect the citation:

Find the book by searching under "title" in the Albert tab. You do not need to type in the initial "the". Click on "submit."
Search Albert to find books, movies, etc..
If we have the book in the library, you'll see a result that looks like this:
Pay attention to "location" and "call #"; this means that this book is located on the second floor of the library, and the call number is 398 So12.
