Do you need to reserve a conference room?
Saint Mary’s College faculty and staff may reserve the Library Conference Room, located on the first floor, two weeks or less in advance of the reservation date. However, the room may not be reserved for classroom use or on an on-going basis.
Faculty or staff may also reserve the room for student meetings if the faculty or advisor will be present for the duration of the meeting. The key will be checked out when two or more members of the group arrive.
The Conference Room may also be reserved for a reception in connection with a Library Exhibit or Speaker Event. Food may be catered or purchased by the event sponsor. All food and drink must remain in the Conference Room and be removed at event’s end by the sponsor. Maximum capacity is 35.
