In February SEBA professors will be in Juangsu, China to deliver an Executive Training Program to more than fifty middle- and upper-level managers at LongRich Bioscience. The program will cover four specific areas—accounting, competitive strategy, marketing and leadership.
The exchange features a number of benefits for LongRich and SEBA. Along with strengthening LongRich by developing the skills and capabilities of their managers, the Executive Education program will also enrich SEBA faculty and support the academic blueprint of the College.
“As we continue to serve our vision of Think Globally. Lead Responsibly. it is important that our faculty develops internationally and multiculturally,” said SEBA Dean Zhan Li. “With programs like this, they get first-hand experience that they’ll be able to bring back to our students at Saint Mary’s.”
Li also cited the development of new research ideas, greater exposure for the college in an increasingly interconnected world, and the potential for recruiting new international students as reasons for the Executive Training Program in China.
