Multiple events will take place during this week that focus on self esteem, self love, health, and well being. The WRC is partnering with the Health and Wellness Center and Counseling and Psychological Services to bring attention to eating disorders as well as to address the messages we all get from the media that we need to change our bodies in order to be happy.

disorders and the effects of our culture’s rhetoric of body shame through her personal journey of recovery and self-love.
