• MOMS Leadership
  (February 2011 - Present)
  The MOMS Leadership Course offers an introduction to three primary leadership ideas and to help the women in the program think about how they can apply them to their daily lives, perhaps even introducing some of the ideas to their children. The primary content areas include: - Values Clarification and the Power of Reflection - Emotional Intelligence - Non Violent Communication The objective is that by the end of this Course, women will: - Feel more comfortable interacting with educational programs -Have a deeper appreciation for clarifying their values and incorporating reflective practices into their lives - Have a greater awareness of their own emotions and the ways in which they impact others - Are able to articulate and practice ways of responding to situations through non-violent communication
