There are several types of financial assistance available for our students including federal financial aid, scholarships, graduate teaching opportunities and other student employment opportunities.
Federal Financial Aid
Federal financial aid in the form of student loans is available for those who qualify. To learn more about the types of loans available please visit the Financial Aid Office's website. To apply file a free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at fafsa.ed.gov.
Our program currently offers a few partial tuition scholarships to incoming and current students in the form of tuition reduction. All admitted applicants are automatically considered for our merit based, partial tuition scholarship.
Graduate and Professional Student Development Funds
Some funding is also available for independent research and professional development in the form of grants through the Graduate & Professional Student Research and Development Fund. Learn more here.
Graduate Teaching Opportunities
Eligible MFA candidates can apply for paid teaching opportunities teaching undergraduate courses.
