Campus Guidelines for Media Planning
Media Relations is available to help you respond to media calls, write news releases, contact appropriate media for institutional announcements, plan news conferences, promote events to external audiences and conduct media training sessions.
- News releases can be written and distributed through the website, e-mail and news wires. Please contact Media Relations at least two weeks in advance of a major announcement.
- Event listings for community calendars and electronic bulletin boards need to be received at least one month in advance.
- Formal and informal sessions are available to assist in preparing for media interviews.
