What: "Off the Grid and Against the Grain." Doug Fine, author of Farewell My Subaru-An Epic Adventure in Local Living, will be on campus as a featured speaker in support of the January Term theme "Against the Grain". A true believer in local sustainable living practices, Doug will share his experiences on the Funky Butte Ranch, see Funky Butte ranch video here, presenting real life examples of how we can reduce our carbon footprint and still enjoy a bowl of ice cream!
