Who:
Susan
Steinberg is the author of the short story collections The End of Free Love and
Hydroplane. She received an M.F.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts,
Amherst, and a B.F.A. in painting from the Maryland Institute College of Art. She has
been awarded fellowships from the University of Massachusetts and Corporation of Yaddo
and was the Alan Collins Scholar in Fiction at the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference. She
currently teaches at the University of San Francisco.
