To Publicize Your Event
There are a variety of ways this office can facilitate publicizing your event. To reach the largest campus audience the weekly Campus Bulletin might be appropriate, send your listing to news@stmarys-ca.edu. Digital signage is a visual medium strategically located in Oliver Hall, Dryden Hall and Cafe Louis. For information on this exciting communication tool please contact Bill Sullivan bhsulliv@stmarys-ca.edu. If you want external publicity for your event on the College's website, the quarterly alumni magazine, in newspapers or in other media, you should contact College Communication at least one month in advance.
