Webform
This is a sample form. Scroll down to see the fields. You can view the Results and Edit features if you have access.
Create a Webform.
- You must have certain permissions to create or edit a Salli Webform. If you would like to request access, submit a Web Request Form.
- Log in to Salli (bottom left corner).
- Click "Content" (top left).
- Click the "Add Content" link which will appear a little below "Content".
- Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on Webform.
- Enter text in Title box.
- Enter text in the Body (optional).
- Highlight your group under Group Audience.
- Click Save (top right)
Editing the Webform body is like editing a Salli page.
- Log in to Salli (bottom left corner).
- Click on the EDIT (top left yellow toolbar or top right tabs).
- Type in your changes.
- Click Save (top right)
Add/Edit form components (fields).
- Click on WEBFORM (top left yellow toolbar or top right tabs).
- There are several field types that you can create. This form contains examples of most.
- To add a field (component), type a name (label) in the box that says "New component name".
- Choose the type of field in the dropdown to the right of the component name. (TYPE column)
- Check the box for "Mandatory" if this field is required.(MANDATORY column)
- Click the ADD button.
- To edit a field, click on EDIT button.
Configure the component (field).
- After you click ADD or EDIT, you will be on the page where you configure the form component.
- You only need to fill in the fields that have a red asterisk. You don't have to change the info that is already in the required feilds.
- There is help text under many of the fields to guide you.
- When you are finished, click "Save component" (bottom left).
