A Leave of Absence form is to be submitted by students who plan on returning to Saint Mary's College after no more than 2 full terms from the start date of the leave. The Leave of Absence will be accepted no later than the end of the Add/Drop period for the term in which you are leaving. If you are leaving the college after the Add/Drop period, you must instead submit a Withdraw from College Form.
