Office of Scheduling and Promotion
The Scheduling & Promotion Office provides the College community with an online calendar system, a comprehensive scheduling process, greater communication surrounding campus events, and leadership in resolving facility scheduling conflicts.
To achieve these objectives the Scheduling and Promotions office collaborates with offices and individuals throughout the College community, providing a transparent scheduling process, easy access to campus calendars, Institutional policies, and a variety of event planning resources.
