To achieve these objectives the Scheduling and Promotions Office collaborates with offices and individuals throughout the College community to provide a transparent scheduling process, greater communication surrounding campus events, and leadership in resolving facility scheduling conflicts.

• Logistical support for reserving event space with a variety of event planning resources
