The SMC Glee Club and Chamber Singers' Spring Concert

SMC Jazz Band

A new program of up-tempo numbers, blues, jazz vocals and instrumental solos, all under the charismatic leadership of Jazz Alliance Hall of Fame director John Maltester. $5 general; $2 SMC community and seniors (April 25). (Free May 8).

Saint Mary’s College Dance Company in Terrain

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, May 9–11, 8 p.m. (LeFevre Theatre)
The annual spring dance concert features choreography by guest artist Kara Davis and Saint Mary’s Dance faculty members CatherineMarie Davalos, Dana Lee Lawton, Jia Wu, Pope Flyne, Shaunna Vella and Rogelio Lopez. Performed by the dazzling Saint Mary’s College Dance Company, the concert ranges from modern to West African dance, and traverses the terrain of human emotions.
$15 general; $10 seniors and non-SMC students; $5 SMC students, faculty and staff.

Diablo Wind Symphony

Saint Mary’s College is a proud co-sponsor of the Diablo Wind Symphony, whose members include a number of Saint Mary’s student instrumentalists. Under the artistic direction of John Maltester, the ensemble performs a spirited range of marches, overtures, concertos and other masterworks.
