The purpose is to address specific public policy issues through engaged dialogue that moves beyond individual or group biases toward recommendations that serve common ideals and goals. Then, the Center is working on public policy recommendations and other outputs that include multi-perspective concerns and suggested solutions. The Center's first issue-specific research dialogues involve religious accommodation in prisons. (See "Prison Religion Project" link.)
