Saint Mary’s is what you make it. So get involved! We have student groups devoted to interests like environmentalism, social justice and Latin American culture and planning events. With over 40 student organizations, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding a passion project.
But we’ve heard it can be tough to narrow down your list. Here’s what we suggest:
- First figure out what makes you happy.
- Are you a policy enthusiast? If so, you should definitely look into our student senate or Peer Council.
- More of a social justice advocate? Then the Intercultural Center, Women's Resource Center, CILSA (the Catholic Institute for Lasallian Social Action) or one of our Student Awareness/Activism clubs might be more up your alley.
- Need a job? Working on campus is another way to get involved (and help pay your expenses at the same time).
