Parking Citation Appeal Process
- Submit Parking Citation Appeal Form AND a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Public Safety Office in Assumption Hall West. The Director of Public Safety will review your appeal and notify you in the self addressed stamped envelope you provided.
- If your fine is reduced, you must pay the reduced fine within 14 days of receipt of notification. Failure to do so will result in the doubling of the original fine which will be charged to your student account.
- IMPORTANT: You are allowed ONE no-cost appeal per academic year. You will be assessed a $10 administrative fee for each subsequent appeal that you file.
