Institutional scheduling policies and guidelines provide the cornerstone of our efforts. The foundation of event scheduling is grounded in the tiered system-designed to foster priority scheduling and advanced planning. Academic scheduling is a cooperative effort, working closely with the Registrar's Office and academic programs. The office provides institutional leadership in resolving facility scheduling conflict, classroom oversight and major event logistics.
The staff offers extensive experience, expertise and leadership in event planning, event management, and logistical support. Major institutional events e.g., commencement are coordinated through this office. In addition to these primary functions the office also maintains the Ad Astra scheduling software and digital signage systems.
We provide easy access to:
- Cloud based scheduling calendar
- Facility resource map
- Self help tutuorials (requesting campus facilities)
- Institutional scheduling guidelines and policies
