What: The Oxfam Feast or Famine Banquet has guests drawing tickets at random that assign them to a high-, middle- or low-income tier and receiving a corresponding meal. This banquet is sponsored by CILSA, the Center for International Programs and Sodexo. The suggested donation is $5 to benefit Oxfam or five canned food items for the Food Bank of Contra Costa & Solano Counties.
