Graduation Fair. Designated Spokesperson chosen by the group and is known to all in the group.

March 28, 2012 

Designated Spokesperson contact information and Lottery Application 
is on file with Events and Conferences in the Soda Center by 5 pm. 

April 6, 2012   

Signed Reception Site Contract and Site Fee (check or money order made toSMC) is submitted to Events and Conferences in Soda Center by 5 pm.

March 28, 2012   

All paperwork for the Certificate of Insurance or for insurance coverage
through SMC, along with payment fee of $100 in check or money order made payable to SMC, is submitted with site application. This is required for lottery
participation.

Failure to have all forms and payments in by 5 pm on March 28, 2011 will result in your site selection taking place after the April 11th   lottery has taken place.
April 11, 2012 at 5 pm
Designated Spokesperson (only) attends & participates in Reception Site Lottery taking place in the Soda Center [Moraga Room].
April 16, 2012 at 6 pm.
  Events and Conferences will post a list of the reception site locations in the Soda Center on the information bulletin board.
