Lottery Packets including an application, a Contract, an Alcohol Responsibility Form, a set of Guidelines, and information on Insurance Coverage may be picked up at the Graduation Fair (March 6 and 7, 2012). 

A Designated Spokesperson is responsible for turning in a completed application, signed forms and fees (site and insurance) to the Events Office at the Soda Center by April 10, 2012.  Failure to meet this deadline will result in the group having to choose their reception site location after the April 16, 2012 lottery. This individual will represent the group in the Lottery.

The Lottery to determine reception sites will take place in the Soda Activity Center on Wednesday, April 16, 2012 at 4 pm. Reception sites are assigned according to the size of the group that the site will accommodate. Some sites will accommodate a number of groups.    

No receptions, other than those scheduled and contracted for through the Office of Events and Conferences, will be permitted on campus on the day of graduation.
