Event Description 

What: Poverty Awareness Week kicks off on Monday, April 13, at 5 p.m. with the painting of the "SMC". Informational tables can be found in the Ferroggiaro Quad throughout the week. Highlights of the week include a viewing and discussion of the film "30 Days: Minimum Wage" on Tuesday, April 14, at 7 p.m. in Dante 204. A panel discussion "Affordable Housing in the Current Economy", on Wednesday, April 15, at 6:30 p.m. in the Soda Center, and an interactive Cardboard City> on the Chapel Plaza Friday, April 17.

Who: Co-Sponsored by Habitat for Humanity's student chapter and the Associated Students of Saint Mary's College.

Where: All event take place on the campus of Saint Mary's College, 1928 St. Mary's Rd., Moraga.

Events are free and open to all members of the campus community.
