Guests

Baccalaureate - There is no guest limit for the Baccalaureate Mass, though the ceremony is traditionally for graduates' parents and immediate family. Realistically, the McKeon Pavilion can only seat an average of 5 guests per student.

Commencement - There is no guest limit for the Commencement Ceremonies.

Seating

Commencement takes place in the Stadium with open seating for guests in the bleacher sections of the stadium. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.  No special tickets are required for stadium seating.

Graduates sit in sections reserved for their School on the field areas in front of the stage. The order in which schools graduate will be conveyed to you at Commencement Rehearsal.

Note: Special seating is reserved on the field level for individuals who require field-level seating because of age, illness or physical impairment. These individuals must be seated 30 minutes prior to Commencement (that is, no later than 9 am). At that point, the area becomes open seating. Please note that one family member may accompany the person with special needs; however, the rest of the family will need to sit in the bleachers.
