Below is information for particpants in the Academic Procession.

Delegates from Colleges, Universities and Educational Organizations

Delegates who will be participating in the academic procession should bring with them their own academic regalia (gown, cap and hood) and robe in Brousseau Hall at 2 p.m. At that time, instructions will be given on how to process.

President's Party

Members of the President's party (Trustees, Regents, the platform party) who are participating in the academic procession will robe at 2 p.m. in the President's Office (Filippi Administrative Hall, 2nd floor). Academic regalia will be provided for those who have notified the President's Office.
