Academic Standing
Maintaining good academic standing is more than just a procedural need: it's also a way to infuse consistency and sustainability into your work habits.
To show satisfactory academic progress you must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better (C average) in all courses taken or accepted for credit at Saint Mary's College, including a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better for classes you take in your major after freshman year. Students who fail to maintain satisfactory academic progress are put on probationary status.
