Third & Fourth Year Residences

After their first two years, students live in apartment style residences or townhouses.

Lower Townhouses
Guerrieri East	Each apartment, within the townhouses listed below, accommodates six students in three double rooms. Apartments are equipped with a full bathroom, living room/common area, full kitchen and basic furniture. There are laundry facilities in each building. All Lower Townhouses have air conditioning and heating and are controlled in the common area only. There are DTA boxes in the bedrooms only.

Upper Townhouses
Ageno East	The apartments within Ageno East and Ageno West accommodate five students in one double room and one triple room. Apartments are equipped with a full bathroom, living room/common area, full kitchen and basic furniture. There are laundry facilities in each building. All Upper Townhouses have heating which is controlled in the common area only. There are DTA boxes in the bedrooms only.
Ageno West	Ageno West is also home to the Santiago Living Learning Community.
Other Housing Options
Park Lafayette	Park Lafayette is an option for continuing junior and senior transfer students. The apartments are still considered "on-campus" housing. Each apartment unit acommodates three or four students in either two double rooms or one double and one single room. All units have a kitchen (including major appliances and microwave), bed, dining table and chairs, and a dresser. There are laundry facilities on-site, as well as a gym and swimming pool.
