Where do I check in once I arrive on campus?

Check-in will be at the Soda Center, on the back side of campus.  Just follow the signs directing you to the Soda Center, where you can pick up your name tag, grab a weekend schedule, and receive your dorm keys. Check-in will begin Friday at noon and continue until Saturday afternoon.

How should I dress for Reunion Weekend?

We recommend that you dress comfortably and encourage you to dig out your SMC gear and wear it proudly. Reunion Weekend, for the most part, is a casual affair; however, the cocktail hour and your class dinner on Saturday night is an opportunity to dress up in cocktail attire.

Will I need a permit to park on campus? Where will I be able to park?

You will not need a permit to park on campus during Reunion Weekend. Just follow parking direction signs around campus.

I’m staying at local hotel instead of the on-campus dorms. Will shuttles be available between my hotel and the campus during reunion weekend?

Unfortunately, there will not be shuttle service to and from local hotels and campus.  If you are not staying on campus in the dorms, please plan to drink responsibly and use local taxi service.

Are special services/accommodations available for people with disabilities?

If you have a disability that requires a reasonable accommodation, please call the Alumni Office at (925) 631-4200 at least one week prior to the event.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel my registration?

We sincerely hope that does not happen, but if it does, please call the Alumni Office at (925) 631-4200 by Friday, July 12 so we can process your cancellation. We cannot provide refunds after July 13 due to catering commitments.

Will the campus bookstore be open?

The bookstore will be open on Saturday, July 20 from 3-7:30 P.M.

Will there be wifi available on campus?

Yes, please ask for more information at check in.
