What is a faculty profile?
Each faculty member can have their own profile page on the main website.

I do not have a faculty profile, how can I get one?
Any faculty member with an smc username and password can log into the faculty profile system and create one. Once you log into the system a basic profile will automatically be set up for you and automatically be placed on the public website.

If you are having trouble creating a new faculty profile submit a web request.
Where can I edit my faculty profile?
https://wwws.stmarys-ca.edu/apps/profiles/admin/profile_index.php. You will need to log in to the system with your SMC username and password.

- On My Saint Mary's
Go to My Saint Mary's, my.stmarys-ca.edu, if you are logged in as faculty your should see an "Edit your Faculty Profile" link in the left sidebar under Campus Resources.
- On the For Faculty and Staff page
Go to the main website homepage, www.stmarys-ca.edu, and click on the "For Faculty and Staff" link at the bottom. Once on the For Faculty and Staff page there is a link to "Edit your Faculty Profile" in the right sidebar under related links.
How do I edit my Faculty Profile?
You can edit your basic information, including your photo, on the main edit screen.
Links to edit your Interests, Scholarship and Service can be found in the left sidebar.
To edit your information click on "Modify" or "Add".
After each edit you must click on the "Update Record" button.
Your changes will be immediately reflected on the public website.

How can I delete a Faculty Profile?
Only Web Services can delete a faculty profile. You make this request by filling out a web request form.
