Before your classesor presentations, IT Services invites you to schedule a Media Services "Tech Check". During this 45 minutes one-to-one session a Media Technician will meet with you in the classroom you will be using for the duration of this semester. You will learn how to use the media equipment in the classroom and ask questions of the Media Technician. This training will save you time and frustration during class time.

We have worked to standardize your classroom technology, so that each room works as closely as possible to the ways the other classrooms work, and we inspect each piece of equipment in each classroom every week. But there are always small differences and no system is perfect. So if you encounter any difficulties with classroom technology, a call to the Service Desk (x4266) will bring a technician to your classroom within five minutes, and if we can't fix the problem quickly, we can provide alternative equipment quickly.
If you are having presentations that require using laptops (students, guests or other) to connect to the classroom technology, please request of your presenters to schedule a 'Tech Check' before class (at their convenience) to enosure all the equipment is compatiable and working before the presentation.
