1. I have the right to ask for a date without feeling attacked if the answer is no. I can accept or refuse a date without feeling guilty.
2. I give myself the right not to act macho or seductively.
3. If I want physical closeness, I have the right to ask, and to say YES if asked.
4. If I do not want physical closeness, I have the right to say NO.
5. I have the right to start a relationship slowly.
6. I have a right to an equality-based relationship.
7. I have the right to acknowledge a changing relationship or end a relationship that is not working without feeling guilty.
8. I have the right to be myself without being expected to change.
9. I have the right not to dominate, or be dominated.
10. I have the right to change my goals whenever I want.
