SFGate's City Brights Column Features Poetry By Professor Brenda Hillman
City Brights, the frontpage blog of the San Francisco Chronicle's SFGate, recently featured a column celebrating poetry and, specifically, the work of Saint Mary's English Professor Brenda Hillman. Writer Steve Heilig champions the importance of poetry -appropriately in April, which is national poetry month- with poems and excerpts from Hillman's 2009 book "Practical Water."
