Event Description:
Duncan Sheik and Steven Slater’s evocative and poignant 2007 Tony Award-winning hit is this generation’s Rent, an evocative and poignant rock musical about the treacherous path to adulthood. Spring Awakening speaks directly about socially relevant topics like faith and morality, structures of education, sexual abuse, incest, teen pregnancy, homosexuality and suicide. $15 general; $12 seniors and non-SMC students; $8 SMC community.
Performance schedule:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, Nov. 8-10 and Nov., 15-17 at 7 p.m.
and Sunday, Nov. 18 at 2 p.m.
