Event Description

What: Storytelling for Leaders; Join us for this daylong experiential workshop exploring storytelling as a vehicle for change. Stories are as old as humankind and are new each time we tell them. If we wish to preserve something, we must first learn to tell it's story. Or, to change direction we must learn to change the stories. What are the stories you and others are telling?

"The basic point is that leadership involves the creation of powerful narratives, narratives that are much more than mission statements or messages. They are actually stories...where the people involved feel part of an enterprise that's trying to end up in a better place." Howard Gardner, Harvard, 1999.

When: Saturday, January 23, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Where: Hagerty Lounge, De La Salle Hall, Saint Mary's College of California, 1928 St. Mary's Rd., Moraga.
