The Associated Students of Saint Mary's College (AS) is the voice of the student body, working with the College administration to take an active role in deciding policies and priorities.
Under the governance of the AS Constitution, the Senate oversees and distributes an annual budget that supports more than 40 student organizations, student media and publications, recreational sports, campus-wide events, and student initiatives. The Associated Students of Saint Mary's College is made up of the Executive Board, the General Senate, and the Judicial Tribunal. In the General Senate, each class is represented by one Chair, one Vice-Chair, and three senators, elected each academic year.
