Sheri Richards, M.S., MFT, Director
Sheri Richards oversees all counseling services, including individual, couple and group, outreach, consultation and training offered through the Counseling Center. She is available for emergencies, crisis intervention, and routine personal and psychological counseling. Alcohol and drug abuse intervention and education programs, various outreach programs, consultation and referral are also services she oversees. Ms Richards reserves time in her schedule to offer direct counseling to students as well as walk-in hours.
Laura Williams, Psy.D., C.G.P., Assistant Director/Director of Training
Dr. Williams provides individual, couples and group psychotherapy, consultation and outreach. She is a certified group psychotherapist offering groups for rape and sexual abuse survivors, people struggling with eating disorders and those desiring personal growth. As Director of Training, she coordinates and administrates the clinical training program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Dr. Williams' theoretical orientation is an integration of feminist, psychoanalytic and relational theories.
Cynthia Cutshall, Ph.D., Staff Psychologist
Cynthia is available for individual, couple, and group therapy with emphases in the areas of anxiety, depression, and trauma. She brings expertise in treating culturally diverse populations, including LGBTQ and international students. Special assignments include liaison to first year students and students with disabilities. Dr. Cutshall is also available for classroom, resident hall, and club presentations.
Jennifer Rooney, M.A. (ABD in Clinical Psychology), Post Graduate Resident
Jennifer is an upcoming graduate of The Wright Institute, Berkeley CA. Her professional interests include: Socio-cultural diversity, first generation college students, bi and multi-racial/cultural students, transfer, returning, and non-traditional students, issues related to eating, trauma, adult survivor of abuse issues, and LGBTQ students.
Heidi Tend, Administrative Assistant
Heidi brings more than 15 years of logistics and administrative experience. Most recently, she served as Logistics Manager for EPC, where she managed such projects as courseware curriculum development, training certification and training coordination. In her free time, Heidi volunteers at a local animal shelter and has two therapy dogs.

Jenna Bauer, M.A., Practicum Therapist
Jenna is a 4th year student in the Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program at Alliant International University/CSPP. Her interests include body image and eating disorders, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions, multiculturalism, mindfulness and stress management. She has previously worked at clinics that specialize in eating disorders and substance abuse.
Andrew Langdon, M.A., Practicum Therapist
Andrew is a 3rd year student in the Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program at The Wright Institute, Berkeley, CA. He provides individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, as well as campus outreach services. His experience includes providing psychotherapy for at-risk adolescents, substance abuse intervention, and leading various wilderness therapy and service learning programs abroad. Andrew's theoretical orientation is psychodynamic.
Jennifer Paige, M.A., Practicum Therapist
Jenny is a 3rd year student in the Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program at The Wright Institute, Berkeley, CA. Her areas of interest include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She also has experience working with substance abuse and recovery.
