Health Requirements & Report
You will be informed of any health and immigration requirements when you apply for your visa. The College further requires, as a condition of enrollment, that all students have a Medical History and Health Evaluation Form completed by a physician and submitted to the Health and Wellness Center either prior to or when you begin your studies. You must comply with certain immunization requirements as part of this form. It is best for you to complete this while at home with your own physician. If you have your physical examination in the United States, it will be at your own expense.
