You've already got it. The "Gael Flex" system is BUILT RIGHT INTO your existing Saint Mary's ID card. It's there, and ready to roll. Enjoy total freedom without spending your cash or charging up credit cards. Your "Gael Flex" account gives you the freedom to do what you want, when you want, on or off campus.

How does "Gael flex" work?

Simple. Your Saint Mary's ID can be used like a debit card. The card gets swiped at the time of purchase at a participating location, the amount is deducted from your "Gael Flex" account and the balance is automatically adjusted. No more digging into your spending money, late night stops at the ATM or charging up credit cards.  You can swipe your card all over campus and at participating merchants to pay for the things you eat everyday.

How do I sign up?

No need to sign up if you already have a meal plan! "Gael Flex" is already on your Saint Mary's ID card. If you wish to buy "Gael Flex" and add money to your ID card, please follow the directions to purchase on line through Off Campus Solutions.

What do I do if I lose my Saint Mary's ID card?

The first thing you need to do is come by Oliver Hall to see if your card has been found. We can check to see if your Saint Mary's ID card has been turned in to us and if not, we will change your issue number so no one else will be able to use your ID card in our readers. This is especially important if you have a Meal Plan and Flex dollars. To replace your ID card, come by the College Business Office in Filippi Hall anytime during our regular business hours. There is a $25 replacement fee. You will need your ID to be able to eat.
