As you begin to undergo the Room Selection process, please keep in mind the following non-negotiable deadlines in order to secure on-campus housing for the 2013-2014 Academic Year:

February 14 Room Selection Kick Off Event
1:00 - 2:00 pm outside Oliver Hall
February 18 Room Selection Information Session 
10:00 - 11:00 am in Hagerty Lounge in De La Salle Hall.
February 19 Room Selection Information Session 
5:00 - 6:00 pm in Hagerty Lounge in De La Salle Hall.
February 19 Room Selections Pre-Show Tours for all students 
7:00 - 8:00 pm in Residence Halls - Halls TBD.
March 6
 Last Day to fill out the online Roommate Selection Form for current Sophomores and Juniors.  Must be filled out by 11:59 pm in order to reserve a room selection appointment time.
March 8 Fall 2013 Housing Deposit due for current First Year Students.  Must be paid in the Business Office by 4:30 pm.
March 13
 Room Selection Appointment Times posted on SMCnet by 4:30 pm.
March 22 Last day to designate a proxy for Room Selection, must be done by 11:59 pm.
April 3
 Room Selection Final Reminder Event in the Ferroggiaro Plaza from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. 
April 4
 Room Selection Day for current Freshman in Hagerty in De La Salle Hall.
April 5
 Room Selection Day for current Sophomores, and Juniors in Hagerty in De La Salle Hall.
April 8

Current Seniors:  Any student who is currently in his/her fourth year of college and will be attending full-time undergraduate classes at SMC in Fall ‘13 may come to the Campus Housing Office to put their name on the Housing Waitlist.
April 10
 Housing Deposit due for current Sophomores, and Juniors.  Must be paid in the Business Office by 4:30 pm. This is only paid if the student receives a housing assignment at Room Selection on April 5th.
April 22 Fall 2013 Room Assignments posted online at 12:00 am.
