Summer Housing Guidelines

Summer housing is provided for students who meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • The student should be employed by a campus department for 30+ hours per week. The department needs to request on-campus housing for the student. The student will be granted housing for the entire duration of the summer and will be billed based on monthly fees.
  • The student should be a continuing full time enrolled student who is also enrolled in a Saint Mary's College Summer Session, which takes place in the month of June and July. The student will be granted housing for the duration of the class.

The priority deadline to apply for summer housing is Wednesday April 30th, 2014.  Students are still able to apply after this date; however, assignments are then based on availability. If you are approved for Summer Housing you will then complete a Summer Residence Hall and Dining Services License.

Housing is available for a fee of $325 per month.  All students will live in Aquinas Hall.

Sodexo offers meal plans for students for the price of $75 per week or $300 for four weeks, $450 for six weeks, and $600 for eight weeks (Monday - Friday).

The remaining residence halls are utilized for our extensive summer programming which includes multiple athletic camps and conference groups. Please visit our Events and Conferences site for further details.

In addition to this we continuously upgrade our residence halls through renovation and yearly maintenance. 

Summer Housing Dates

* The move-in date for students who are currently living on campus and do not wish to move off campus before the start of the summer session is Friday, May 31, 2013.  You will stay in your current room until move in day.
