Check-In and Check-Out
Fall 2009 Residence Hall Check-in:
First year students check in on Thursday, August 27, 2009 between 9:00am and 12noon. As you arrive on campus you will be directed to your assigned residence hall. Upon arrival to your hall your Resident Advisor will welcome you with a smile, the keys to your new home and any necessary paperwork. We encourage you to arrive early so that you have plenty of time to set up your room and attend the fun filled activities that are scheduled for you that afternoon and evening!
Returning Students check in on Sunday August 30, 2009 between 12noon and 3:00pm. Please report directly to your assigned residence hall. Your Resident Advisor will be there with your keys and any necessary paperwork. If you miss the 12-3pm time frame, your Resident Advisor will be available that evening during duty hours, 8:30pm-11:00pm.
Jan Term 2010 Residence Hall Check-in:
Students who are checking in to begin classes in the January term, will need to report directly to their assigned residence hall on Sunday, January 3, 2010 between 12noon and 3:00pm. Your Resident Advisor will be there with your keys and any necessary paperwork. If you miss the 12-3pm time frame, your Resident Advisor will be available that evening during duty hours, 8:30pm-11:00pm.
Spring 2010 Residence Hall Check-in:
Students who are checking in to begin classes for the spring term, will need to report directly to their assigned residence hall on Sunday, February 7, 2010 between 12noon and 3:00pm. Your Resident Advisor will be there with your keys and any necessary paperwork. If you miss the 12-3pm time frame, your Resident Advisor will be available that evening during duty hours, 8:30pm-11:00pm.
Spring 2010 Residence Hall Closure/Check out:
The residence halls do close for the summer. The last day of occupancy is 5:00pm Thursday, May 20, 2010 OR 24 hours after the residents last exam, whichever comes first. Residents participating or assisting at the commencement ceremony must request and be granted permission to remain in the residence hall; additional charges may apply. If permission is granted , the last day of occupancy is 12noon Sunday, May 23, 2010.
