- Enrollment Commitment Forms are due May 1 to the College. A blank Commitment Form should have been enclosed in your acceptance packet. When the Admissions Office receives your Commitment Form with your deposit and your indication that you want to live on campus, they will send a copy to Residence Life. This is the first step in reserving your bedspace for Fall.
- Residence Hall and Room & Board Licenses are due to Residence Life July 1. Failure to meet this deadline may jeopardize your housing status. Upon receipt of your Enrollment Commitment Form by the May 1 deadline, your housing license and information packet will be mailed to your home address by June 1. If you're certain that you have sent in your Commitment Form but have not received a blank license, please contact us immediately so that we can provide you with the necessary forms. In any case, please feel free to check with us on the status of your license file!
- Roommate Requests (via online Housing Preferences Form) are also due to Residence Life by July 1 for consideration. Roommate requests MUST be mutual. While we try our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all preferences will be met.
- Your room assignment will be viewable online on August 1 (provided all of the above deadlines are met). Information posted will include your roommate's name, home phone number, and mailing address. We suggest that you contact your new roommate before moving into the residence halls to avoid having duplicate items. Roommates are matched unless you requested someone specific as described in #3 above. Room assignments will not be given by phone before the August mailing.
- Residence hall open for new first-year student move-in on Thursday, August 28 @ 8:00 a.m. Please schedule you arrival accordingly, since this will be the earliest opportunity to move-in. Classes begin on Tuesday, September 2, 2008.
