Event Description 

Over the past several months, Student Engagement and Academic Success has been piloting the Student Success Portal (SSP) with approximately 25 faculty and staff. As you may recall from New Faculty Orientation, All Faculty Day and the Academic Senate meeting in December 2013, SSP is a college-wide, student success initiative, which promotes the culture of commencement. It features an early alert tool designed to identify students who need resources, services and tailored support.

In preparation for the launch of SSP in Fall 2014, my staff and I will be holding SSP information sessions in March and April. Additional information sessions and resources will be made available in Fall 2014, which will include “how to” documents and video tutorials. As a result of the implementation of this new tool, the Academic Referral Form (ARF) will no longer be utilized.

Here are the dates and locations for the Spring semester information sessions.  Feel free to drop-in at any time during a session.
