The sights, sounds and tastes that you experience during your daily life in Argentina will help you to define your experience during your experience and teach you about the Argentine way of life.

Argentina's second largest city and the regions early capital, Cordoba is a bustling educational and commercial center set in the foothills of the Sierra Chica mountain in northern Argentina. Founded as a Jesuit city by Jeronimo Luis de Cabrera in 1573, Cordoba today is recognized as a center for arts and learning in Argentina with its many universities, theaters and museums.

Application Details

Student must complete the SMC Application, Lasallian Consortium application and the Spanish Studies Application. Students will need to submit with their application: a copy of their passport, an official transcript, and two passport photos.

During the one-month intensive language and culture course, you live with a local family which will help you gain an understanding of daily life and customs. The homestay includes full room and board and laundry once a week. There is one student per home. For the remainder of the program, you have the option of living in a residence hall or continuing to live in a home. Student residences include double occupancy rooms with a kitchenette, two meals per day Monday - Friday, in room high speed Internet connection, laundry facilities, television room, study room, pool access, and use of the sport facilities.
