 De La Salle Week is a weeklong celebration filled with events for Saint Mary’s students, Christian Brothers, faculty and staff to increase awareness, deepen understanding, and celebrate the life of Saint John Baptist de La Salle (1651–1719), founder of the Christian Brothers and our Lasallian heritage and mission.

From Sophia Loren to Snooki on Jersey Shores and from The Godfather to the The Sopranos, Italian Americans have endured cultural and unchanging stereotypes in popular media. A panel discussion with Modern Language Professor Maria Grazia De Angelis-Nelson and will feature guest panelists:
