Patricia Disney, Former Regent and Disney Forum Founder Dies

Patricia Disney, a former Regent and generous supporter of Saint Mary’s College died Friday, February 3, 2012 of Alzheimer’s disease. She was 77. Mrs. Disney served on the College's Board of Regents from 1987-1992. Among her many generous gifts to the College, was an endowment for the academic lecture series, the Roy E. and Patricia Disney Forum. Since it was established in 1992, the Disney Forum has invited scores of nationally ranked academic thought leaders and media professionals to the Saint Mary's campus.
