Reserve a Tech Check for your Classroom Presentation

As part of our training and consultation service, IT Services provides "Tech Checks".  Tech Checks usually only take a few minutes and have proven to be very helpful for anyone (faculty, staff, student or guest speaker) when making a presentation.  They provide an opportunity to make sure your laptop, flash drive or other media will work well with the A/V where you will be presenting, in addition to also providing training on the classroom computer and media equipment.

Donate to Nepal Relief Efforts - 8 PM Mass on Sunday & MMC

Dear Saint Mary's Community,

It is a rare occasion that money is collected at the 8 PM Mass.  This Sunday, May 3, however, an opportunity to donate to Nepal will be available due to the devastating earthquakes and the great need to support immediate and on-going relief efforts.  Consider offering up change, the price of a small snack, a soda, your daily coffee or energy drink; or what you might spend at a movie--everything helps!

Geotechnical Soil Testing at Power Plant

On May 4, there will be geotechnical soil testing at the power plant. Parking around the power plant building will be limited from 6am-3pm. The strength conditioning room will be unavailable until after lunchtime.

Please note important deadlines for 2015 fiscal year end submissions:
