The Campus Facilities Planning Committee, with the assistance of Walker Parking Consultants, gained an understanding of current campus parking demands and dynamics, true costs of providing parking and transportation services on campus, and the implications of supply and demand mangement strategies. Surplus|Lack: An international program of experimental film shorts, curated by Peter Freund and Jaimie Baron.

4th-5th Grade Weather Workshop

Do you love working with kids? Find science fascinating? The Science Club has organized a series of hands-on "weather exploration" workshops for elementary school students on May 4 and May 6. Volunteers will be needed from about 7:30am to noon, so if you can work for any part of that time period, your help would be greatly appreciated.  All are more than welcome to volunteer.  Please contact me if you are interested and/or want more info.

Summer Graduate Professional Advancement Series

Courses can be taken for Academic Credit or CEUs (Continuing Education Units):

The Continuing Education Unit is a nationally recognized unit designed to provide a record of an individual's continuing education accomplishments. For teachers, 10 hours of instruction equals one (1) Continuing Education Unit. For counselors, 10 hours of instuction equals 10 hours of continuing education for MFTs, LPCCs and LCSWs. CEUs are sometimes part of criteria used for promotion and salary increases in some school disticts. Continuing Education Credit is also required for license renewal for MFTs, LPCCs, and LCSWs. (Saint Marty's College Graduate Counseling Program is a BBS pre-approved provider of CEUs, No. PCE #701.) Courses taken for CEU credit DO NOT carry academic credit.
